Anthony Chu brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of engineering, operations, and capital markets. He built his career in global chemical manufacturing, where he led multidisciplinary engineering initiatives that transformed operations into increasingly profitable, efficient businesses.

Systems Development

Alongside his corporate career in the early 2000s, Anthony began applying his engineering background to financial markets. Leveraging his expertise in software development and quantitative methods, he built proprietary computerized algorithmic models. These models evolved into algorithmic decision engines capable of executing strategies autonomously.

Quantitave Framework

Refined through numerous market cycles, these systems reached maturity in 2022 when Anthony’s flagship algorithmic framework—Eliza V—began powering Chu Capital Partners’ quantitative models.
